To allow us to deliver above expectation each case is managed independently ensuring the right skill is assigned.

At Justice care service we ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.
We constantly ensure staff are developed to their maximum potential which ensure they can undertake their role in a safe and proper manner with minimal risks and provide good quality care to all service users.
Our staff are trained to the highest standards and DBS checks are compulsory for all the team members who join our organisation.
